SUMMARY

This position primarily ensures quality and timely production of warehouse work orders, from order receipt to delivery. Additionally, it assists in managing inventory, coordinates with sales for order priorities, and covers for the warehouse supervisor as needed. Other assigned duties may apply.

Reviews daily employee productivity and assigns tasks accordingly.

Instructs and oversees proper adherence to safety and quality standards.

Reports safety, quality, and operational issues.

Collaborates on employee performance development.

Provides continuous feedback and training to enhance performance.

Plans work procedures and schedules for efficient workflow.

Standardizes procedures to improve efficiency.

Investigates errors and recommends corrective actions.

Manages all warehouse functions including order fulfillment and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Minimum one year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
