David Shahin - CEO
David Shahin brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including leadership roles at IBM and ING, where he served as an IT Director. In 2005, he took an entrepreneurial leap and acquired Flow Components & Industrial Supply, setting the foundation for the company’s continued growth. David lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife and enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren.
Fun Fact: David is an avid marathon runner and completed the Twin Cities Marathon.

Mark Shahin - President
Mark Shahin has been part of Flow Components’ journey from the very beginning. What began as a vision in his dorm room at Minnesota State Moorhead became a reality when he partnered in the acquisition of the company in 2005. Starting in the warehouse, Mark worked his way up to be named President in 2023. He lives in Lakeland with his wife and four children and is passionate about continuing the company’s growth and culture.
Fun Fact: Mark enjoys spending his free time with family and staying active in the local community.
Donnie Skipper - Operations & Sales Manager
A Lakeland, Florida native, Donnie Skipper has been an integral part of Flow Components for 35 years. His long-standing dedication and deep industry knowledge have made him a key driver in shaping the company into what it is today. Donnie plays a vital role in both operations and sales.
